High Frequency Welding Helical or Spiral Solid Fin Tube normally use steel strip at a certain pitch winding on a seamless (steel strip perpendicular to the surface of tube), with high frequency current welding heat source, using high frequency current skin effect and heating effect, heating the contact surface of tube and steel strip to get a plastic welding state, at the same time ,using the extrusionforce on the fin making the extra mett metallic oxide  to achieve the combination of solid atoms between steel tube and fin material, so as to realize the contact surface of the plastic welding.
